PR Manager

JOB DESCRIPTION
Brancher.X Vietnam (formerly Havas Vietnam - one of the fastest-growing Media Agencies) is seeking an experienced PR Manager to lead public relations strategies for our clients. This role is ideal for a strategic thinker who can develop and execute PR plans that align with client business goals. You will work closely with clients to understand their brands, providing strategic and creative leadership while collaborating with internal teams to deliver successful PR campaigns. Your expertise in media relations, content development, and people management will be crucial in driving impactful results for our clients.
1. PR Planning, Media Relations & Content Management:
• Lead PR strategy development, including creating PR, media, and content plans during pitching and execution phases.
• Analyze client reputation issues and stakeholder perspectives to inform communication strategies.
• Collaborate with media outlets to identify PR opportunities, ensuring innovation in PR activities and formats.
• Develop and manage PR story calendars with engaging angles aligned with client brand and strategy.
• Oversee press releases, articles, TV features, and organize media meetings, including interviews and press conferences.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with print, online, and AV media partners, as well as key stakeholders like government representatives.
• Manage KOL relationships in PR campaigns, from identification and negotiation to briefing, execution, and reporting.
2. People Management:
• Motivate and develop junior staff to uphold the highest work standards.
• Build strong client relationships, acting as a trusted PR advisor.
• Ensure client communications from the team are of top quality.
• Oversee financial aspects, ensuring project profitability and budget management.
