You'll be responsible for managing and implementing PR projects in Vietnam for current brands: Bioderma, Nuxe, Evian Facial Spray, Roger & Gallet, Cumlaude Lab, Esthederm and coming brand portfolio expansion.
Scope of Responsibilities
As part of Marketing team, the PR Manager will:
1. PR Strategy & Brand Reputation
• Develop and lead annual PR strategies aligned with brand positioning, brand strategy, and business objectives.
• Build and strengthen long-term brand reputation and desirability through strategic communication planning.
• Develop integrated PR plans for: New brand launches | Campaigns | New product launches...
• Ensure consistency of brand image and external communication across all touchpoints.
• Monitor market trends, consumer sentiment, competitor activities, and emerging cultural opportunities to strengthen brand relevance.
• Provide communication recommendations and PR perspectives to Marketing director and brand teams.
2. Media & Influencer & Communities Relationship Management :
• Build and maintain strong long-term relationships with media | influencers | Industry experts | PR agencies | Related communities.
• Develop strategic influencer and advocacy ecosystem aligned with brand equity goals.
• Identify and secure high-value media and influencer partnership opportunities.
• Lead negotiation and partnership discussions to maximize media value and cost efficiency across brands.
• Ensure strong earned media performance and visibility quality.
3. PR Storytelling & Communication Content
• Lead development of strategic PR storytelling and communication narratives.
• Supervise preparation & execution of: Press releases | Media kits | Interviews | Brand stories| PR communication materials
• Ensure messaging consistency aligned with brand positioning and communication objectives.
• Drive culturally relevant and impactful storytelling to enhance consumer engagement and brand authority.
4. Event management :
• Lead planning and execution of PR events, press conferences, influencer gatherings, and brand launch activities.
• Collaborate with internal marketing team & relevant departments on event concept | communication objectives base on brand strategy | Guest strategy | Experience planning.
• Oversee coordination with internal stakeholder | Agencies | KOLs | Media partners.
• Ensure smooth and high-quality execution of both online and offline PR activations.
• Monitor event performance and post-event PR impact.
5. PR Execution & Team Management
• Supervise and guide PR executives in daily PR operations and project execution.
• Ensure strong execution excellence across: KOL management | Media coordination | Event implementation | Timeline management
• Manage PR workflow, prioritization, and resource allocation across brands.
• Ensure all PR activities are executed on time and aligned with approved objectives.
• Develop capability and professional growth of PR team members.
Other PR duties:
● Manage PR budgets efficiently across portfolio brands.
● Optimize media, influencer, and event investment to maximize visibility and earned media value.
● Monitor PR spending and ensure budget efficiency.
● Develop and deliver PR performance reports weekly | monthly | quarterly | yearly.
● Other tasks base on requirements of business | report line.

● Minimum 3-5 years' work in a similar position is required.
