The PR & Partnership Supervisor is responsible for elevating brand visibility, strengthening the media and influencer ecosystem, and driving high-quality PR and partnership initiatives that support overall brand and business objectives. The role works closely with the Group
Marketing Manager (GMM) & Deputy MMs to ensure cohesive and impactful communication execution.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop PR and KOL strategies aligned with quarterly/monthly marketing priorities and obtain alignment with the Group Marketing Manager & Deputy MMs.
Implement and complete the Marketing Plan for PR, KOL, and Partnership activities, including planning, execution, and reporting.
Collaborate with Content team to develop PR communication materials, book media, and execute content with media partners.
Collaborate with
Trade Marketing to run promotional and partnership campaigns for brands.
Guide, assign tasks, and support the PR & Partnership Executive to ensure smooth execution of all PR, KOL, and partnership activities under Group Marketing.
Work with PR partners, media, and KOLs to gather quotations and define clear scopes of work (SOW).
Oversee end-to-end execution to ensure all deliverables meet brand standards and follow the approved SOW.
Monitor market, cultural, and influencer trends to recommend innovative and effective PR approaches.
Build and maintain long-term relationships with media, press, influencers, and KOLs to support sustainable brand presence.
Proactively identify and execute strategic partnership opportunities; collaborate cross-functionally for smooth activation.
Optimize PR/KOL budgets and ensure efficient spending and ROI.
Perform tasks and reporting requirements as assigned by the Group Marketing Manager.
