Mô tả công việc

Engage with prospective clients to understand technical needs and business goals.
Conduct requirement analysis to identify optimal outsourcing solutions.
Design and develop customized IT solutions that align with clients' technical and business objectives.
Prepare detailed technical proposals, including scope of services, delivery timelines and cost estimates.
Collaborate with internal technical teams to validate feasibility and resource requirements for proposed solutions.
Create and deliver compelling presentations, demos, and technical workshops to showcase the service capabilities.
Articulate the value proposition of solutions, highlighting key technical differentiators and benefits.
Work closely with sales, project management and technical teams to ensure a seamless handoff from pre-sales to project delivery.
Address client queries and objections effectively, leveraging technical knowledge to foster confidence.
Gather feedback from clients and internal teams to enhance the pre-sales process and solution offerings.
Stay up-to-date with industry trends, emerging technologies and competitive landscape.
Provide feedback to the development teams based on customer needs and market trends.

Yêu cầu

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
3+ years of experience in a technical pre-sales, consulting or solution architect role, preferably in IT outsourcing or a related industry.
Strong technical acumen with a background in cloud services, network infrastructure, cybersecurity and other core IT services.
Proven experience in developing technical proposals and supporting complex sales cycles.
Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to understand and address client challenges.
Ability to work independently, prioritize multiple tasks, and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
