Provides primarily presales for the customer, engage with the customer with the sales, capture customer business challenges and transform into technical solutions, create the proposal for the customer, and build solution cost for the sales. This role is to pursuit the deals with sales throughout bid process.
Uses in-depth solution knowledge of, Server, Cloud(Azure, AWS and Local Could),WAN, WiFi of Cisco/Cisco Meraki, SDWAN of Cisco, Fortinet, and Factory Infrastructure like Camera, TA, and Security Door to provide technical expertise to
sales staff and the customer through sales presentations and solution demonstrations.
Assists the sales staff in assessing potential application of company solutions to meet customer needs and may prepare detailed solution specifications for the development and implementation of customer solutions.
May create detailed design and implementation specifications for complex solutions.
May build a lab to demonstrate the feasibility of solution demo for a client.
May provide consultation to prospective users.
May require business travel to visit the customer site
Japanese communication skill both verbal and written(JLPT level 1 or native Japanese speaker is big plus)
English communication skill both verbal and written (more than TOEIC 700 is big plus)
Familiar with Vendor online tools like Cisco CCW, Dell Solution Configurator, AWS/Azure tools etc.
Knowledgeable in core frameworks used
Certification and working knowledge of CCNA, Microsoft Certified Azure Network Engineer Associate, Fortinet NSE-4.
Proven track record as a technical architect of network, datacenter, security solutions, campus network including factory.
Previous work experience working as network architect engineer
Proven client engagement and development consulting experience
Experience managing expectations when balancing alternatives against business and financial constraints

Experience presenting technical solutions to non-technical audiences
