Presales (Japanese Speaker)

Provides primarily presales for the customer, engage with the customer with the sales, capture customer business challenges and transform into technical solutions, create the proposal for the customer, and build solution cost for the sales. This role is to pursuit the deals with sales throughout bid process.
Uses in-depth solution knowledge of, Server, Cloud(Azure, AWS and Local Could),WAN, WiFi of Cisco/Cisco Meraki, SDWAN of Cisco, Fortinet, and Factory Infrastructure like Camera, TA, and Security Door to provide technical expertise to sales staff and the customer through sales presentations and solution demonstrations.
Assists the sales staff in assessing potential application of company solutions to meet customer needs and may prepare detailed solution specifications for the development and implementation of customer solutions.
May create detailed design and implementation specifications for complex solutions.
May build a lab to demonstrate the feasibility of solution demo for a client.
May provide consultation to prospective users.
May require business travel to visit the customer site
