Mô tả công việc
1/ Job Purpose:
• Design solutions and develop competitive and consistent pricing proposals for global, regional and local tenders, mostly those considered as high-complexity transportation services for heavy, oversized, overweight and Dangerous Goods (DG) cargo, related to customers in the global/regional and local sales channels, including proactive recommendation to Sales owners, Head of Business Development, Country Head of Industrial Product (IP) in regards to the pricing strategy
• Implement and monitor performance of global/regional and local customers' pricing
• Actively recommend improvements to the customers' pricing processes to upper levels and drive respective implementations
• Develop and maintain relations with key clients
• Implement new and additional business to meet internal and customer expectations
• Support and coordinate with team members for project developments
• Handle ad-hoc tasks assigned by IP Pricing Team Leader/ IP Commercial Manager or Head of IP
2/ Main Accountability:
• Support and coordinate with Business Development Manager, Commercial Manager and Head of IP for project development
• Be responsible for providing proper pricing for all Request For Quote (RFQ) or local ad-hoc/spot quotes
• Coordinate with Overseas DHL Network offices for import project shipment pricing
• Handle local procurements for Air Freight, Ocean Freight (general, Out of Gauge (OOG) cargo, Dangerous Goods (DG) cargo) and special services in the country (trucking, customs, packing, cranes, lashing, loading, survey, inspection, etc.)
• Oversee and prepare the bid development process and negotiations with the customer/client to deliver service solutions and win contracts that meet customer/client specifications and requirements at a defined level of commercial gain to the company
• Develop and maintain relationships with project subcontractors and core carriers
• Develop and manage key performance and revenue reports for the Management Team
• Provide program management and commercial operations management expertise to strengthen the existing operations, and position the business unit for future growth
• Work together to prepare internal and external customers/suppliers' business reviews on monthly, quarterly and yearly
• Successful implement new and additional business to meet internal and customer expectations
• Collect and compile daily business development information and potential market prospects
• Support in identifying and developing opportunities for industry-specific customers
3/ Process:
• Follow Guidelines of Managers and Job Aids to work with the related parties in Operations, Business Development, Overseas IP offices and other support functions in Vietnam
• Ensure all financial and administrative activities comply with DHL Global Forwarding's standards at all times
• Work in accordance with all Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) relating to the project
4/ Working Location:
DHL Global Forwarding (Vietnam) Corporation - Head Office - 11th Floor, eTown2 Building, 364 Cong Hoa Street, Tan Binh District, Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam

Yêu cầu
• Minimum 3 years experience in the Logistics & Freight Forwarding industry
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in International Business/ Foreign Trade/ Logistic & Supply Chain or relevant education and work experience preferably in Supply Chain/ Logistic/ Freight Forwarding/ International Business sector
• Good understanding of all kinds of freight forwarding products: Air Freight, Ocean Freight, Customs, Trucking and local handling
• Excellent written and spoken skills in English and local Vietnamese language
• Effective communication skills/ interpersonal understanding
• Commercial flair and a proven ability to develop new business and able to develop close relationships with key clients
• Ability to identify and meet customer needs in a pleasant and friendly manner
• Good commercial mindset
• Customer-oriented
• Ability to influence and negotiate at senior levels
• Ability to work under pressure and high-intensity
• Willing to travel
• Achievement drive and initiative
• Good working attitude and teamwork
