Mô tả công việc

Job summarization:
1. In charge of checking prices with shipping lines for export/import routes with shipping lines/agents for both HCM/HPH
2. Negotiation with carriers/Co-loaders/Overseas Agent as suggestion rate from sales team/ oversea agent
3. Update prices twice a month for export freight and send to the sales department, offices in Royal Group, other departments if needed
4. Responsible for managing tender/RFQ included of understanding the requirements, coordinating internally,
5. Ability to analyze revenue and cost, ensure all details completed according to customer's requirement within deadline
6. Work closely with Sale and Operation Department to make sure pricing & booking secured.
7. Ability to understand and analyze market trends.
8. Constantly support Sales for best rates and terms, spaces...
9. Participate in preparing for Project bidding
10. Report to the sea department manager directly

Yêu cầu

Job requirements:
1. Experience:
At least 02-03 years' experience in logistics field with similar positions
2. Skills:
- Have a good command of English.
- Excellent customer service attitude & can work under high pressure with high motivation
- Excellent communication, negotiation, persuasion & analysis skill
3. Attitude
- Cheerful outlook
- Team-work spirit
- Initiative-taking learning
4. Qualification:
University graduated, majoring in Business, Economics, Maritime, or other related fields
