Job Summary
When Medline branches receive shipments from vendors, if they find any discrepancies such as damage, shortages, or overages, they will create a report called a Problem Ticket to report the shipment discrepancies.
The Problem Tickets team handles the investigation of the discrepancies reported in the Problem Tickets, coordinating, and resolving them efficiently and promptly.
Job Description
Investigate the shipments' discrepancy reported in the problem tickets, using multiple transactions on SAP system.
Record the result on the SAP system.
Correspond with vendors, update the shipments' discrepancy and provide information.
Develop relationship with the related parties such as vendors, buyers, warehouses and other internal departments in Medline to resolve problems.
Other tasks as Supervisor's assignment.
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
Intermediate level skill of MS Word, MS Excel
Proficient in English reading and writing skills
Hard-working, motivated, exceptional communication skills, able to work independently
Statistic and analysis skills
Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
Experience with SAP system and Zendesk
Three years' experience in logistics,
merchandiser, customer services or
purchasing field at least.
