Process Engineer (F&B Factory) - Multinational Company

• The Process Engineer will drive process stability, capability building, and reliability of manufacturing lines by eliminating losses and optimizing systems. The role focuses on building technical capability within the team and implementing process improvements to meet production goals.
Technical Expertise:
• Become a technical expert in line technologies.
• Develop, teach, and enforce effective operating procedures.
• Establish long-term plans for technology enhancements and maintenance.
Development:
• Train and build technical competency within operators and technicians.
• Deliver skills improvement programs and ensure team readiness.
Process Stability and Reliability:
• Analyze process variability root causes and implement systems to eliminate them.
• Define and monitor critical process parameters, ensuring adherence.
• Provide technical validation for projects impacting processes or equipment.
Data Management and Analysis:
• Implement and maintain systems for process data collection and analysis.
• Prioritize and resolve process capability issues affecting performance and quality.
• Train teams to address issues using data-driven approaches.
Continuous Improvement:
• Identify process improvement opportunities and lead project implementation.
• Validate all process improvements and establish revised operating conditions.
• Drive productivity through labor optimization and process enhancement.
Leadership and Innovation:
• Lead by example, demonstrating correct behaviors and leadership qualities.
• Act as a Line Leader backup when required.
• Extend best practices across other production lines.
FI Tools and IL6S Implementation:
• Master Focused Improvement (FI) tools and Lean Six Sigma methodologies.
• Participate as a pillar or FI team member, supporting IL6S implementation.
Quality and Compliance:
• Ensure all quantity and quality requirements are met.
• Maintain compliance with Health, Safety, and engineering legislation.
