Mô tả công việc

For our division Industry, we are looking for a Process engineer to assist the Belgian Team in the preparation of the projects.
1. Job Description and responsibilities
· You will act as Process Engineer for predefined projects within the team. In this role you design the most economical processes in terms of safety, environment, profitability and process reliability.
· Development of PFD's and P&ID's
· Set up of Heat and Material balances
· Simulation, calculation and dimensioning of processes.
· Sizing of equipment and input to equipment datasheets
· Sizing of control valves, safety valves and input to datasheets,
· Technical analysis of supplier offers,
· Technical support to all specialists in the engineering chain,
· You are familiar with the common process calculations such as: process safety valve calculations, hydraulic calculations, equipment calculations, etc.
· Equipment capacity sizing and input to equipment data sheets (tanks, distillation towers, heat exchangers, pumps, fans, compressors and others.)
· Determine pipe line sizes and set piping design conditions.
· Calculation of pipeline hydraulics for pumps, (head height and suction height), head height for siphon tube heaters, cooling water and other utilities networks, control valves, process safety relief valve calculations, etc.
· Other duties upon request

Yêu cầu

1. Weare looking for:
· You are a graduate with chemical engineering (or process engineering) or equivalent, ideally supplemented by a post-engineer course in processes for energy projects and more particularly oil and gas
· You have minimum 2 to 3 years of experience with the design of Process installations.
· Has knowledge of international codes for related field, especially:
o Relief valve design
- Knowledge of API 520/API521/API2000 is a must
- Knowledge of EN4126 (European standard)and AD2000 (Germand standard) are a plus.
o European Pressure Equipment Directive is a plus
· Experience with Aspen One software (Aspen Plus/Aspen Hysys/Aspen Exchanger rating and design) is a must.
· Having thorough experience with hydraulic calculations is a must. Experience with the software packages of AFT is a plus.
· Excellent communication in English.
· Excelent knowledge of MS Office.
· Hardworking, eager to learn and attention to details.
