II. RESPONSIBILITIES
• Collect documents as required & instructions from attorney/head of department;
• Fill out the forms as required by the profile;
• Guide and provide solutions for customers to provide sufficient documents;
• Explain to the lawyer about immigration records to maximize the client's chances of settlement;
• Taking care of customers, ensuring that customers are satisfied with the company's services;
• Create good relationships and support other departments to complete the work within their capacity;
• Maintain a good relationship with the company's partners/attorneys/service providers;
• Conduct research, report on immigration products/documents at the request of superiors;
• Follow up and make necessary announcement regarding the immigration policy changes;
• Complete immigration records of customers in the US, Australia, Canada, Europe quickly, accurately and efficiently, etc.
