Procurement Analysis Manager

ESSENTIAL DUTIES
Identify savings opportunities thru cost analysis and commodity trend analysis Ensure accurate reporting of Procurement cost savings by Finance including cost avoidance initiatives.
Assist in tracking projects to guide Sourcing in delivering financial commitments to company.
Build cost structure of key materials with Sourcing;
Build commodity tracker and outlook for price risk management
Responsibilities:
Liaise with Finance in setting. Cost Savings target, tracking Sourcing project cost saving, PPV preparing Finance presentation involving raw materials cost.
Validate theoretical prices with Sourcing Category Managers for accurate reporting of price risks and opportunities and cost avoidance.
Analyze and report commodity price trend Provide inputs into Category price risk management.
Conduct value-chain analysis and total cost of ownership analysis, location price variance, landed cost breakdown including import tax tracking with Sourcing, Purchasing, Customs and Logistics for identifying cost savings opportunities.
Spend analysis of Procurement.
Facilitate discussion among Procurement for better understanding of monthly material impact on product.
Vendor financial risk assessment.
