Mô tả công việc
1. Assist Procurement Manager in daily control of purchasing commodities. The scope of purchase commodity is raw materials, machinery, spare parts, installation/repair work, office/plant furniture and others.
2. Negotiating with suppliers to fix purchasing conditions including contract/price/delivery date/ payment terms/ tax issues/ material specifications and so on.
3. Controlling and administrating purchasing activity from several aspects as per the Company requirements for safety, quality, delivery and cost.
4. On behalf of the department manager, attend internal meetings, supplier meetings and process as meeting content. Assist Manager on setting up meetings and prepare content.
5. Collaborating with Purchasing staffs if required in submitting documents, following up delivery, project or issues, developing new suppliers, supplier evaluation & audit.
6. Collaborating with Procurement Manager in setting realistic and challenging operational goals, and contribute to common accomplishment of the Company and Procurement Department.
7. Collaborating with other sections/teams to satisfy common goals and requirement of the Company.
8. Support the department manager in inspecting, supervising, training, and reminding employees in the work ethic in accordance with the procedures and regulations.
9. Develop procedures, work regulations, notices and conflicts related to the Department's activities.
10. Coordinating with the head of the department to develop long-term, consistent, and effective policies.
11. Prepare weekly, monthly, and yearly reports as required.

Yêu cầu công việc
- Bachelor's degree in closely related field required.
- 3 + year experience in procurement deputy or assistant field. Experience in packaging industry is a plus.
- Excellent analysis skills.
- Excellent negotiation and communication.
- Good at English in communication and report.
- Honest, careful, fast and creative.
- Accuracies, attention to details, cautious with sensitive/confidential information.
- Be able to work under highly pressure.
- Knowledge of laws and regulations by Vietnamese authorities related to purchasing is a plus.
- 3 + year experience in procurement deputy or assistant field. Experience in packaging industry is a plus.
