* JOB PURPOSE
- Support the
Purchasing Manager in managing procurement activities, coordinating with suppliers and ensuring efficient
purchasing operations aligned with company objectives.
* KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Create and manage Purchase Orders (PO), ensuring accuracy in pricing, quantities, and terms.
- Coordinate with suppliers and maintain effective communication.
- Monitor order status, delivery schedules and shipment progress (Logistics)
- Track and update price lists, quotations, and supplier databases.
- Prepare and review procurement-related documents (contracts, invoices, packing lists).
- Coordinate internally with Sales (operations) and Finance teams.
- Support negotiations and supplier evaluations when required.
- Prepare reports and analyze purchasing data.
