Procurement Executive

• Execute procurements of goods and services from local and overseas sources to meet requesters' requirements, company's goals, and policies.
• Work closely with internal stakeholders (Global / Local) and external vendors/consultants to set up a robust working system and to ensure that requested specifications are clear, concise, complete, and accurate.
• Evaluate vendors' quotation, analyze, and negotiate for best bidding results.
• Prepare, manage, and keep tracking of Contract/POs performance.
• Advise internal and external on issues regarding purchasing Terms & Conditions.
• Control and solve the problem in buying progress and report to supervisor for resolution On-Time-In-Full.
• Coordinate procurement schedule with project schedule to reach overall project milestones.
• Coordinate with outsourced Forwarders to handle customs clearance process for imported goods.
• Coordinate with Finance team for payment process and tax issues.
• Create and maintain good relationships with vendors, forwarders, and consultants, maintain and update supplier database, their performances and potential for procurement improvement and strategy development.
• Maintain records of purchases, pricing, and other important data for workable tracking.
• Innovate and collaborate with stakeholders for continuous procurement process improvements to remove process inefficiencies.
• Handle admin works and Other tasks assigned.
