Procurement Manager

1. End to end Procurement & Strategic/Tactical Sourcing
- Managing end to end Procurement of ASIA & ASEANZ Regional for Traded FG, RM and PM (Vietnam Plant, China Yoloo Plant , Korea Plant and Tolling Procurement for Entire ASIA & ASEANZ region.
- Working Closely with Global Technical Procurement Teams, China Sourcing Office and Global Planning Team to ensure Timely Avaialibility of Globally Managed & Inhouse Technicals for ASIA and ASEANZ Region.
- Negotiation with suppliers based on forecast
- Supporting Regional Lead in Developing Strategy documents for ASIA/ASEANZ & Risk Mitigation Strategy for Long Lead-time & Single source Material
- Identifying opportunity for Contract/Auctions within Category and Running RFx events for managing the categories and ensuring Coverage.
2. Supplier Relationship Management
- Developement of Regional Supply Base to Reduce Risk whereever possible.
- Managing relationship with existing suppliers
- Legal interface with suppliers for executing contracts
3. CoGS improvement & Working capital
- Execution of CoGS improvement projects in line with long term strategy for the key Regional AI, Regional Inerts & Co-formulants
- Management of inventory and payables to meet Working capital target
4. Supply Market Intelligence and Procurement Analytics
- Use of QlikSense Reporting to understand the geography, Supply Base and Seasonal demand Pattern
- Using Supply Market intelligence to ensure feedback to Business on best price/COGS for Traded FG.
- Using Import Data Analytics to Competition to plan inventory for better sales positioning
- Preparation of Monthly MPR/MIS to present to Global Procurement Head , Regional Supply Chain Head & REgional Procurement Head.
5. Ivalua Implementation & Data Stewardship for Asia & ASEANZ
