What You Will Do
Work directly with Finance Senior Manager to optimize the company's profit concerning outsourcing and expenses
Liaise with vendors on an ongoing basis to ensure Business Units' needs are met on time, quality, and cost basis
Ensuring the accuracy of procurement contracts according to Company policy
Ensuring the procurement of services/products is correct in quantity and quality according to departments' requirements
Ensuring the procurement terms and conditions agreed with vendors (delivery terms, payment terms, etc.)
Cooperate with the Finance department for effective payment progress
Other tasks as directed by the Finance Senior Manager
Who You Are
Holder of Bachelor's degree
At least 6 years of working experience, with at least 2 years in a Manager position
Experience in the Digital Marketing industry, preferably in Advertising Agencies
Experience in handling the Influencer Marketing industry is a plus
A quick learner with good research, analytical, and problem-solving skills
Good communication skill
Good command of English
Excellent organizational and negotiation skills
A demonstrated ability to meet deadlines and work with minimum supervision
