Procurement Manager

* Role's Objective:
- Lead the Vietnam procurement team to achieve Group savings targets and support operations by delivering high-quality supplies in a sustainable, ethical and timely manner. Promote the benefits of central procurement to the management team and other internal customers and deliver outstanding customer service.
* Specific Responsibilities:
- Maintain relationships and close monitoring of key suppliers
- Maximize savings for the company without reducing the quality of service delivery to operations
- Lead the procurement team with high integrity and internal customer service
- Increase the effectiveness of procurement activities by communicating values, strategies, and objectives; planning, monitoring, and appraising vendors; developing supplier relationships.
- Review purchase requisitions to verify accuracy, specifications and terminology, prices and delivery dates to determine the best bid among potential suppliers
- Maintain professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops; reviewing professional publications; establishing personal networks; participating in professional training
- Review the procurement process to ensure continuous improvement in efficiency and customer service
