Develop and implement sourcing strategies aligned with business and project requirements.
Define category strategies, supplier portfolio, and long-term sourcing roadmap.
Drive cost optimization and value improvement initiatives.
Supplier Management
Build, evaluate, and develop a network of strategic suppliers.
Regularly review supplier performance, costs, and risks.
Lead commercial and contractual negotiations.
Procurement Management
Oversee end-to-end procurement operations across all categories.
Ensure timely and efficient procurement to support project and production schedules.
Coordinate with internal stakeholders (Engineering, Project, Production,...) for alignment.
Cost Control & Risk Management
Manage procurement budget and track cost-saving performance.
Analyze market trends (material pricing, supply risks).
Develop and implement risk mitigation strategies.
Team Management
Set team objectives, monitor performance, and drive capability development.
Train new staff, support initiatives to improve procurement processes.
