Mô tả Công việc
Work with vendors to obtain best quality, delivery, and prices.
Issue and administer Purchase Orders to suppliers in accordance with policies and procedures.
Purchase materials and services in support of production and company objectives using approved suppliers.
Monitor suppliers to achieve procurement targets in price, delivery, and quality.
Follow up with suppliers in term of managing pull in, push out for Purchases Orders based on changes of customer's demand.
Manage ERP system relative to Purchasing parameters as well as Purchase orders.
Resolve daily (tactical) issues related with suppliers, such as claims & litigations.
Perform risk analysis-identification and resolution of supply issues in order to meet commitments.
Negotiate supplier agreements including long-term contracts.
Identify cost reduction including payment term opportunities, manage the cost reduction plan, and report figures.
Work with suppliers for Continuous Improvement programs.
Additional responsibilities as required to meet business needs.

Yêu cầu công việc

Yêu Cầu Công Việc
University degree or college diploma: major in Supply Chain Management, International Business, Business Administrative, or related field.
Experience: Minimum 2 years of experience in purchasing in the field of Electronics, Mechatronics or related fields.
High working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications.
Business system experience (MRP/Microsoft Dynamics AX or similar ERP experience).
Excellent communication skills for both verbal and written in Vietnamese and English.
Ability to prioritize multiple tasks in a busy environment with minimal supervision.
Familiarity with Continuous Improvement concepts and practices.
Purchasing process leadership skills, strong negotiation skills and forward thinking.
OTHERS INFORMATION:
Probation time: 2 months with 100% salary
Budget training (yearly) for your own
Professional internal/ external training
Working time: Monday - Friday (8:00 - 16:45)
Rotating Saturday 09 days/ year for 1st year. [protected info] on Sat . From 2nd year onward it would be 06 days/ year.
