Mô tả công việc
Create, verify, and release Purchase Orders (PO) to suppliers accurately and on time.
Coordinate with Merchandising, Planning, Warehouse, and suppliers to ensure on-time delivery of fabrics and trims for production.
Follow up and manage the approval process for lab dips, strike-offs, dye lots, pre-production samples, and other material-related documents.
Monitor raw material delivery status, update stakeholders regularly, and ensure On-Time Tracking (OTT) targets are achieved.
Work closely with suppliers to resolve material shortages, quality, color, or delivery issues before they impact production.
Coordinate shipment schedules, cargo booking, shipping documents, and payment documents to ensure smooth import and material clearance.
Allocate raw materials to production orders, monitor inventory utilization, and optimize leftover materials to reduce waste.
Conduct regular supplier follow-ups to track production progress and delivery commitments.
Respond promptly to material-related issues during production and support cross-functional teams to minimize production delays
Yêu cầu
Bachelor's degree in Textile and Garment Technology, Supply Chain Management Business Administration, or related fields.
Good communication skills, MS-Office skills
Negotiation skills, Time Management skills, Problem solving skills, Customer service skills
Knowledge of logistics
Minimum of 1 year of experience in similar capacity
