Mô tả công việc
1.Marketing plan and activities:
- Participate in Product Brand Plan and Implement effective activities based on approved brand plan and quarterly action plans such as merchandising program, trade promotion, consumer/ customer activation, activities at hospitals, clinics, deploy these programs with sales team; follow up and keep track activities regularly.
- Field visit and Update market competition information, Analyse market data (IQVIA, tender insight), undertake the market survey when it is required.
- Establish and maintain ongoing relationships with KOLs, key state holders in hospital channel and key CV-AI/OTC customers.
- Develop hospital plan, support sales team to do segmentation & target, do listing products into tenders; confirm, apply and manage tender prices & follow up tender submission & tender result. . and providing activities (Symposiums, Hospital meetings, PGM, Patient programs, training, activation,...) in order the products can be strengthened brand awareness/endorsement, prescribed and used in hospitals, healthcare centers, private clinics.
- Monitor activities & related A&P expenses as per approved budget and timeline.
- Coordinate with Medical, Regulatory Affairs, Legal, Procurement, FA, or other functional departments... to get approval, follow up processing of related marketing activities.
- Make reports related scope of works: market insight & competition, activity report, expenses/A&P follow up, sales analysis, ...
2. Product management
- Build and update related Diseases pathologies, product knowledge & prepare product presentation slide desks, case studies, ...
- Together with Sales team, organise Product Group Meeting (PGM) to HCPs, pharmacies and consumers through activation programs.
- Conduct product training, product test, role-play for sales force on regular basis.
- Involve in and prepare product materials: catalogs, brochures, leaflets, advertising documents,... which are aligned with Client 's guidelines and complied regulations.
-Collect feedback on products and work with clients and internal departments to handle customer complaints and address the quality problem if any.
3. Others
- Sales forecast: work with sales team for sales forecast by product and by channel.
- Manage stock for sales in case there is any limited stock; allocate stock for each channel.
- Involve and participate in Sales Force Excellence and Marketing Excellence projects.
- Do reports related to sales & marketing activities, expenses as required by client and the Manager.
- Client management: follow up with client and internal functional departments for business-related matters: meetings, reports, stock, budget & expenses, regulatory affairs/registration, sales plan, audits, [protected info] other operational matters.
- Perform ad-hoc activities as specified by management (direct Manager & Business Line).

Yêu cầu
• Demonstrate good understanding of healthcare industry and a preference if candidate understand clients' business or similar same CV-AI/OTC products.
• Good knowledge and keen experience in product management and marketing.
• Proven project management skills
• Proven strong analytical skill, client management and communication skills
• Demonstrate proficiencies in office productivity tools (e.g. Excel, Word and PowerPoint)
• Good communication & Presentation skills, Good in English language (writing, listening & speaking as needed to do reports & meeting in English with clients)
• Bachelor of Pharmacy/ Biology
• 2 years of experience in product management in Healthcare products CV-AI/OTC.
• Good knowledge and keen experience in product management and marketing.
• Proven project management skills
• Proven strong analytical skill, client management and communication skills
• Demonstrate proficiencies in office productivity tools (e.g. Excel, Word and PowerPoint)
