Product Executive

Job brief
We are looking for a qualified Product Registration Executive to join our Productions team and help us achieve our goals. Your main responsibilities are license registration and support for Products schedule of import.
Our ideal candidate is goal-oriented and has good knowledge of medicine/food supplement/biology; Well communication and can work under pressure of workload. You also need experience in license registration, especially in Food Supplement. If you have exceptional organizational skills and draw energy from being part of a team, we would like to meet you.
Responsibilities
• Prepare & submit product registration documentation to VFA & other relevant licenses' application and ensure submissions are complete, properly formatted, and comply with applicable regulatory requirements that lead to timely approval of new product registration in Vietnam
• Notify and update to relevant department of any change of particulars/documents related to product registration
• Maintain product registration record and product registration database to ensure proper documentation and record filing.
• Assist other team in discussion with client on regulatory related matters/ product concerns/ product compliants/ product training (when required)
• Handle import and export works with the forwarder
• Other tasks as assigned by line manager
