We are seeking a dynamic and innovative Product Owner / Developer Executive to join our Beauty team. This role is responsible for overseeing the end-to-end development of products, ensuring they meet market needs, align with brand values, and drive business growth. The ideal candidate will have a passion for health and beauty trends, excellent project management skills, and the ability to turn consumer insights into successful products.
Key Responsibilities:
Product Research & Strategy:
Conduct in-depth market research to identify trends, consumer needs, and gaps in the Health & Beauty sector.
Define product roadmaps, aligning with business goals and market opportunities.
Product Development:
Create detailed product specifications, features, and performance requirements based on market demands.
Collaborate with design, and manufacturing teams to develop and refine product prototypes.
Conduct feasibility studies, cost analyses, and risk assessments for new ideas.
Project Management:
Oversee the entire product development lifecycle, from ideation to launch.
Ensure projects stay on track by monitoring timelines, budgets, and quality standards.
Coordinate with cross-functional teams (marketing, sales, supply chain, etc.) for seamless execution.
Incorporate feedback from focus groups, surveys, and trials for improvements
Analyze product performance post-launch through sales data, customer feedback, and market trends.
Identify opportunities for improvement or expansion within the product portfolio.
