Job purpose: Tiger Tribe is the first multi-functional development hub in HEINEKEN focused on the development and delivery of globally scalable Digital Products. Established in 2022 in Vietnam to locate Digital Product development and Innovation as closely as possible to the business and end users. Its mission: to build a dynamic, highly technical, Digital Product development and engineering capability that delivers world-class solutions quickly to market, that are loved by end users. Key drivers to achieving this mission are a focus on global scalability, innovating and improving on Digital Capabilities in close collaboration with OpCos and end users, owning the code we deliver ensuring maximum re-usability while sharing learnings, code and ideas within HEINEKEN. Tiger Tribe will shape the future direction of Digital Product development in HEINEKEN, we are on a mission to show what can be accomplished by HEINEKEN development teams and making code roar! Key responsibilities: - Initiating, Coordinating and Executing the development of Products with OpCos. - Owning the vision, definition & strategy of the Tiger Tribe product or implementation and ultimately driving its success. - Define and communicate product requirements and specifications by thinking creatively and rigorously to solve legacy business problems. - Support the ramp up of Global/Digital Products and Services through the exchange of best practises in the rollout out of Products and Services. - Coordinating the development of common features, ensuring that features are customer tested, processes are standardised and development costs are shared between OpCos. - Continuous improvement of customer experience and satisfaction, coordinating customer testing activities within our OpCos. - Integration of best practices from Global and the Region into OpCos' ways of working, finding opportunities for collaboration and product innovation. - Defining and prioritising requirements for the customer journey and the team development plans and driving a consensus on feature priority within relevant OpCos. - Support budget of the product including resources, investment, consultancy and technology. - Working with regional/local partners and vendors to ensure their successful integration into Global initiatives. - Define and execute product roadmap for Tiger Tribe product(s). - Define metrics to measure health and success of product(s). - Identify and execute on opportunities to drive up engagement for users. - Collect data, user feedback, and market research, and build a solid business case to support feature development. - Collaborate with marketing, business development, design, and other product owners to drive our business with meaningful value to our user base and ensure alignment with Product Strategy. - Work closely with engineering team to build a solution as scalable as the vision. - Keep apprised of new innovations and trends in start-ups/ ecommerce and emerging technologies. - Grow revenue directly attributable to value created by product post launch. - Define and communicate product strategy and roadmap to global and local product teams. - Prioritize and adjust product backlog according to strategic product value. - Collects and coordinates feature requests from all departments, making sure to communicate with all product managers. - Coordinate bug reports and change requests within Heineken & Tiger Tribe product ecosystems.
Yêu cầu
- Bachelor / Master's Degree - Work experience: at least 5 years experience in D&T or Product Ownership roles; preferably background in FMCG, Product Design and project management preferable. - Required Agile expertise: strong team skills, able to drive change across the organization and excel in agile cross-functional teams - Required technology expertise: good understanding of design / development approaches / tooling (i.e Mobile Dev, Figma, JIRA) and emerging technology - Entrepreneurial spirit: able to identify innovation and sharing opportunities across HEINEKEN, able to bring in best practices from outside of HEINEKEN as well as copying best practices from around the HEINEKEN world. - Languages: Fluent English | Fluent Vietnamese - Leadership competencies: CONNECT, SHAPE, DELIVER, DEVELOP - Communication skills: be able to inspire and motivate people and take them along on a journey. Influence others by bringing new perspectives and by winning their hearts. Effectively manage relationships with stakeholders that may have different interests, backgrounds, cultures, and styles.
