GENERAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
The Medical Product Manager, Dermo Cosmetics will be responsible for driving the growth and success of the medical marketing activities of 3 brands (Eau Thermale Avene, A-Derma, Ducray) & specifically brand management of 2 medical-driven brands (A-Derma & Ducray). This role involves strategic planning, product development, and execution of marketing initiatives to increase market share, build strong relationships with HCPs & achieve sales targets.
Key Responsibilities:
A. BRAND MANAGEMENT: (A-DERMA & DUCRAY)
• Brand Strategy and Development
- Develop and implement brand strategies aligned with company goals.
- Participate in the development of a local marketing strategy.
- Ensure all creative assets, communications, and product developments adhere to brand guidelines.
- Adapt and manage the product lifecycle from concept to launch and beyond.
- Contribute to defining the brand/franchise global strategy by providing feedback on local market needs.
- Contribute to developing digital strategy, in line with guidelines developed by the corporate digital division and ensure a good return on investment.
- Conduct market research to identify trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape.
• Marketing and Sales
- Create and execute Marketing & PR/communication plans to drive brand/product awareness and sales.
- Develop and Oversee marketing campaign across touch points.
- Work closely with the
Trade Marketing,
Digital Marketing & Ecom teams to develop promotional activities.
- Develop sales forecasts and monitor performance against targets.
- Analyze sales data and market trends to adjust strategies as needed.
- Take responsibility for implementing the omni-channel marketing activation plan in your area and monitor its application in relation to field teams.
- Monitor Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) like brand awareness, market share, and ROI to evaluate success.
• Collaboration and Communication
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams including Commercial, Finance, Supply Chain, QRVI (QA, RA, Vigilance), Compliance, Commercial Excellence, Medical.
- Present product updates and performance reports to the
Marketing Manager and senior management.
- Act as the main point of contact for all brand/product-related inquiries.
B. MEDICAL MARKETING - DERMO COSMETICS
• Medical Marketing management:
- Develop and execute medical-marketing plans aligned with brands' strategy.
- Create and review scientific content, medical materials with evidenced base.
- Engage and manage KOLs, dermatologists, and medical institutions.
- Lead medical education programs: CMEs, webinars, workshops, clinic activations.
- Support clinical trials or real-world evidence projects (if applicable).
- Ensure compliance with medical, regulatory, and ethical standards.
• Budget Management:
- Develop and manage the budget for all medical marketing activities & specifically for 2 assigned brands (A-Derma & Ducray).
- Ensure all marketing activities are within budget and provide a good return on investment.
