Product Manager English

Fullerton Health is looking to expand its technical capabilities to enhance our service offerings and improve internal processes. There is ample opportunity to grow and learn with the deeply motivated team at Fullerton Health. We are looking for candidates with expertise in Product Management. The Product Manager is responsible for product planning and execution throughout the Product Lifecycle, including gathering and prioritizing product and customer requirements, defining the product vision, and working closely with engineering, sales, marketing and support to ensure revenue and customer satisfaction goals are met. The Product Manager's job also includes ensuring that the product supports the company's overall strategy and goals.

Your responsibilities:

• Work closely with the Regional Product Manager to define product strategy and roadmap.
• Liaise with Regional Technical Team to ensure deliverables are delivered on time and budget
• Deliver Product Requirements Documents (PRD)s with prioritized features and corresponding justification
• Work with internal parties and external third parties to assess partnerships and licensing opportunities
• Run daily SCRUMs, Sprint Planning and Retrospectives with the respective assigned development teams
• Coordinate and run UAT Testing throughout the product lifecycle
• Coordinate go-live pre-requisites and be responsible for the launch and support of the product
• Experience in managing a small team

• Minimum of 3 years experience as an IT Business Analyst, Product Manager or Project Management roles.
• Demonstrated success in defining and launching excellent products

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Attention to detail.
• Examples and at least one sample of an effective document delivered in the past
