Responsible for marketing, sales, growth and profit and loss of the assigned product portfolio, industrial sector or territory.
Prepare budget and profit plans for the assigned product portfolio and area, ensure realization of goals together with
Sales Executives.
Ensure healthy stocks and debtors levels together with Sales Executives and Sales Coordinators.
Ensure that principal/supplier of assigned product portfolio is maintained, well informed about the business progress, and good relationships with them are built.
Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Food Industry.
At least 5 years of relevant working experience in Sales field, especially in Meat process.
Proven experience in setting up and implementing sales strategy and plan.
Fluent in both spoken and written English.
Excellent communication and report writing skills.
Good in operation management and problem-solving skills.
Ability to negotiate well with customers and suppliers.
Ability to work independently, under pressure.
Proficient in using computers and MS Offices.
