Mô tả công việc

Lead research and analysis of the landscape, customers, product metrics, and
latest internet trends to identify and fill product gaps
Generate new ideas to grow market share, enhance customer experience, and
drive growth and conversion
Write product specifications, evaluate pros and cons, and conduct what-if
scenario analysis
Translate product strategy into detailed requirements and prototypes. Conduct
what-if/pros and cons analysis
Plan, execute, launch, and monitor new iOS and Android versions in
collaboration with the Lead Product Manager.
Monitor product metrics to identify areas for improvement or crucial issues
Scope and prioritize activities based on business and customer impact
Coordinate closely with engineering, UI UX designers, marketing, and
operational team to deliver new features
Act as a product evangelist to build awareness and understanding

Yêu cầu công việc

English is a must
At least 4 years of experience as a product marketing or product manager in a
startup environment
Solid technical background with understanding and/or hands-on experience in
software development (e.g.: SQL, APIs, Confluence, JIRA)
Extremely strong communication and teamwork skills
Strong intuition for user behavior
Ability to develop product and marketing strategies
Excellent analytical and problem solving skills
Self-starter with strong project management skills to follow through on
execution
