A successful Product Marketing Manager can build powerful narratives, initiate education material, demonstrations, and other applicable assets. The Product Marketing Manager is a guru in utilizing those materials that he/she initiated to coach our commercial teams and educate them to get a thorough/in depth understanding of our new Product and Features and support them in forming the best go to market strategies.

WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING:

Serve as the quarterback communicator to engage with internal stakeholders on product introductions and migrations
Educate / coach our local commercial/business teams on our new products and features, prep the teams properly for an imminent launch in the market.
Helping in defining and executing the go to market and growth strategies that drive merchant adoption and continued merchant success
Build messaging, relevant assets including education documents and materials to enable successful product introductions to our internal commercial member.
Develop the narrative and positioning that differentiates SHOPLINE's Insights strategy as it relates within the competitive landscape.
Drive cross-functional alignment and support in the execution of the go to market process, tracking success metrics accordingly.

WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR

3-5 years extensive experience in product marketing and serve as an internal coach for product and feature introductions/communications.
Understand how merchants experience analytics; in retail settings and in e-commerce.
Be a self starter, curious to understand the competitive landscape and be able to understand and communicate why our metrics might differ from others in the landscape.
Have a good track record of optimizing marketing activities, messaging, and rollout of analytics products and features.
Demonstrated impact in defining and executing complex go to market strategies.
Excellent communication and organizational skills with great attention to detail.
Experience marketing B2B and B2B2C SaaS products.
