The Job
- Owning a product/product line, developing and maintaining product vision and strategies to achieve it
- Run discovery workshops (Service Design, Product Design, Personas, MVP scoping, Inception Deck).
- Create Inception Deck to align all stakeholders and development team's members
- Explain to the development team about the product's market & users
- Creates the User Story Map and define the minimum viable product (MVP)
- Manage Product Backlog (create & list requirements)
- Make the plan for release and each time-box (iteration)
- Perform user acceptance testing, validate that delivered features meet agreed functional & technical acceptance criteria.
- Work closely with the development team to make sure that product backlogs are understood correctly, and make adjustments in time if needed
- Translate business needs into well-structured epics, user stories, and acceptance criteria that consider data flow, edge cases, and non-functional needs.
- Clarify requirements with engineers, review proposed solutions, and ensure feasibility without over-engineering.
- Translate requirements into wireframes, user flows
- Collaborate with UIUX designers on visual polish, ensuring consistency with the Design System.
- Drive the product evolution through data analysis and user feedback
- Define and validate product KPI and monitor it
- Communicate with business stakeholders
Your Skills and Experience
- Advantageous to have 3-5 years of experience in product/service planning/UX
- Have at least 2-year experiences related to software development
- Fluency in English is a MUST
- Communication & negotiation skill
- Organizational & analytical skill
- Continuous improvement mindset
- Data-driven focus
- Be a savvy application user or have experience in website design
- Familiarity with Agile Software Development
- Having experience in the shipping industry is a plus
