Mô tả công việc
* Purpose
• Supervise the Bank's product, product sales and promotions
* Main tasks
• Develop sales plan and marketing strategy, cooperate and support RM to identify potential list of customers and onboard those targeted names.
• Respond for sale increase of targeted products and deliver established sales goal.
• Work closely with RM of Corporate Banking Section to provide relevant product consultation service, push for sale volume and outcome
• Lead staff to work closely with RM of Corporate Banking Section to sell the Bank products and provide relevant product consultation service and meet established sales goals.
• Mentor, support and manage staff through training, management of pipelines and project management.
• Recruits, trains and manages product team by planning, monitoring and appraising job performances.
• Provides market feedback and intelligence for HQ product to develop new products.
• Implement other duty being assigned by the Bank.
* Non-financial Aspect
• Increase wallet share with existing portfolio of clients
• Support RM to identify potential list of customers and onboard those targeted names
• Driving product income and generate new business opportunities in line with strategy of the
Bank
• Improve the effectiveness of end to end process of applied products

*** Professional requirement:
• Demonstrated knowledge of Bank products.
• Equipped with team leading managerial experiences; a good team player to align with the business strategies and demonstrate the capability of execution.
• Proven interpersonal, communication and influencing skill (e.g. Negotiation, consultative skills, leadership, and positive thinking).
• Familiar with the Bank's business-related regulations and operating procedures.
* Most challenging and difficult parts
Building strong relationships between business, operations and customers and comfortable to work in an environment with the expectation to meet the Bank's business quotas or benchmark.
* Education
• University degree or above, business related majors are preferred
* Work experience
• 10+ years of relevant work experience
* Language skill
• Fluent English & Vietnamese listening, speaking, reading and writing skills
