Mô tả công việc
- Collaborate with the product development team to define product requirements and specifications.
- Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify opportunities for product improvement.
- Assist in the creation of product roadmaps and timelines.
- Work with cross-functional teams to ensure product features align with business goals and user needs.
- Participate in user testing and gather feedback to inform product enhancements.
- Develop and maintain product documentation, including user guides and training materials.
- Provide support to the sales and customer service teams with product knowledge and expertise.
- Monitor product performance and gather data to assess product success and areas for improvement.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies to inform product strategy.
- Assist in the coordination of product launches and marketing initiatives.

Yêu cầu công việc
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Proven experience in a product management or product specialist role.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
- Familiarity with product management tools and methodologies.
- Detail-oriented with a focus on quality and user experience.
- Understanding of the logistics or transportation industry is a plus.
- Proficiency in both English and Vietnamese is preferred.
- Proven experience in a product management or product specialist role.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
