What are we going to
1. Main Responsibilities (70%)
Develop Training Materials: Collaborate with the Commercial department to align on information and develop detailed and in-depth training content for the Japanese brands and products distributed by Nobinobi in the Vietnamese market. The materials should be clear, visually engaging, and suitable for the target audience, which includes distribution partners
Train Distribution Partners: Work closely with the Sales & Operations department to organize in-person or online training sessions for distribution partners, ensuring they thoroughly understand Nobinobi's products, including product features, benefits, and effective sales techniques
Update and Adjust Training Materials: Continuously update and improve training content based on feedback from training sessions and market trends, ensuring the materials remain relevant and aligned with current market demands
2. Additional Responsibilities (30%)
Manage Content on Nobinobi's Social Media Channels: Develop and manage content related to specific product lines for promotion on Nobinobi's social media channels
Internal Communication: Work closely with the marketing team to ensure messages and information are fully and inspirationally communicated to Nobinobi's personnel
Support Other Assigned Tasks: Assist with additional tasks as assigned by management
