Production Clerk (Prefer in Binh Duong)

Supervisor Job Title: Production Manager
Organizational Unit: Production
JOB PURPOSE
Responsible for all administration task in production department.
Key Related Activities
1. SAFETY AND ENVIRONMENT
• Always promote health and safety in the workplace
• Display excellent personal safety and challenge others when seeing unsafe behavior
• Responsible for safe operations in the production area with support of safety team.
• Ensure good housekeeping production area according to company policies and 5S program.
2. Administration
• Attendance Checking Daily for both permanent and 3rd party people
• Play as a checking point for auto reports and escalate if any issue
• Responsible for tools, consumable, stationary store and replenish plan within approved budget
• Support production scheduling
• Setup Working Shift and Register OT for operator
• Manage Fingerprint Machine database and Efficiency Report Data input daily
• Downtime record tracking
• Manage Production reports and documents
• Collaborate with HR for internal training records and other audits ' requirement
• Manage Allowance report of Production and send to C&B
3. Others
• Support colleagues
• Support other tasks by Production Manager.
