Production Director (Hà Nam - xe đưa đón HN)

Our Client is an FDI electronics manufacturer is looking for a Production Director:
Responsibilities:
- To manage the production teams and ensure that company goals are achieved in terms of reliability, quality, inventory control, productivity, cost.
- Responsible for coaching, developing and leading direct reports to deliver continuously improving operating performance.
- To develop and manage an effective plan of overseeing the production process, drawing up a production schedule, making sure that products are produced on time and are of good quality.
- To develop and implement best work practices and major improvements to processes/systems of manufacturing - LEAN. Working out the human and material resources needed, drafting a timescale for the job, estimating costs and setting the quality standards Monitoring the production processes and adjusting schedules as needed.
- To lead cost reduction initiatives and strive for operation excellence, ensuring that the production is cost effective.
- Responsible for ensuring that best practice is shared and implemented.
- To exploit new technologies where appropriate to achieve cost saving and competitive advantage. Being responsible for the selection and maintenance of equipment.
- Monitor product standards and implement quality control programs.
- Develop methods to better utilize the firm's human resources, production to most efficiently meet the Company's expectations. A production manager is involved in both the pre-production (planning) stage as well as the production (control and supervision) stage.
- To establish a culture and team spirit among the whole team, supervising and motivating a team of workers in a Vietnamese working environment
- To provide coaching and training for all manufacturing supervisors.
- In conjunction with the LH and maintain good dialogue with the QA/QC personnel. Meeting product standards and implementing quality-control program.
- Developing reporting procedures and systems
- To work closely with all departments to implement the production policies and goals of the Company.
- Be aware of and implement Company policies and procedures, ensuring that health and safety guidelines are followed.
