Mô tả công việc
Overall performance management of assigned scope of work at daily basis: safety, service (delivery), quality, efficiency, productivity, discipline; by deploying company given processing systems/procedures/instructions, keep the system's consistency and maintaining/updating/launching new one if any.
Lean Practices: Implement Lean manufacturing principles to eliminate waste, improve production efficiency, and reduce costs throughout the production process.
Line Balancing: Optimize production lines for even work distribution, minimizing bottlenecks, and ensuring efficient use of resources.
Continuous Improvement: Foster a culture of continuous improvement by regularly reviewing production processes and identifying opportunities for enhancement.
Kaizen: Lead or support Kaizen events and initiatives to drive incremental improvements in production processes.
Workforce Development: Train and develop production staff in Lean principles and line balancing techniques to create a skilled and capable team.
Performance Metrics: Establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) related to Lean practices and line balancing to track progress and drive improvements.
Resource Allocation: Efficiently allocate resources, including labor and machinery, to ensure line balancing and achieve production targets.
Quality Assurance: Collaborate with quality control teams to maintain high-quality standards while improving production efficiency.
Cost Analysis: Analyze production costs and identify cost-saving opportunities through Lean practices.
Inventory Control: Implement just-in-time inventory principles to reduce excess inventory and associated costs.
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with other departments, such as engineering, supply chain, and quality assurance, to sustain production performance and implement Lean principles effectively.

Yêu cầu công việc
University graduates/bachelor's degree or higher (Industrial engineering, Garment and Textile, Electrical, Automation is preferred)
Bachelor's degree in textile engineering, production management, or a related field.
Proven experience in implementing Lean practices in a manufacturing environment, ideally in the garment or textile industry.
Strong understanding of line balancing techniques and experience in optimizing production lines.
Familiarity with Lean tools and methodologies, such as 5S, Value Stream Mapping, and Kanban.
English at Intermediate to Advanced level.
Able to speak Chinese is a plus
Exceptional problem-solving and analytical skills.
Strong leadership and team management capabilities.
Proficiency in relevant software and technology for process optimization.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
