Mô tả công việc
Responsible for the production of the new factory in Vietnam, ensuring the proper operation of new equipment, and ensuring that the production line meets the expected efficiency.
- Lead and coordinate production activities to achieve daily and monthly production goals. Ensure effective resource allocation.
- Collaborate closely with the Quality Assurance (QA) team to uphold product quality standards, implementing corrective measures to address any quality or operational challenges.
- Supervise and guide the production team, ensuring compliance with safety protocols and providing training to help workers meet production objectives. Foster a positive team atmosphere and encourage ongoing learning.
- Work with cross-functional teams, including QA, Industrial Engineering (IE), and Production Planning & Control (PPC), to address production challenges, ensuring minimal disruptions and maintaining consistent quality.

Yêu cầu
- Degree in Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering or related field, with at least 2 years of experience in a similar Production Management role within the construction manufacturing industry.
- Proven experience in managing production teams and supervising large scale construction manufacturing operations.
- Extensive knowledge of construction manufacturing processes, resource management and quality assurance activities.
- Ability to make quick decisions and take effective actions to resolve production issues as they arise.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Proven experience in managing production teams and supervising large scale construction manufacturing operations.
