Production Planning & Daily Operations
Plan production based on orders, forecasts, and customer requirements from OEM/Tier 1 customers.
Coordinate manpower, machinery, and materials across production stages, including wire cutting, terminal crimping, assembly, soldering, wrapping, electrical testing, and packaging.
Monitor daily production progress, resolve issues related to materials, machines, and manpower, and ensure on-time delivery.
Team Management, Cost Control & Productivity Improvement
Manage production leaders, line leaders, and production workers.
Train employees on skills, operation standards, quality awareness, and safety.
Evaluate KPIs, propose rewards and disciplinary actions, and arrange shifts/overtime based on production plans.
Control production costs, including labor, scrap, recycling, and material consumption.
Implement Lean, Kaizen, and 5S activities to reduce waste and improve productivity.
Quality, Safety, Reporting & Cross-functional Coordination
Monitor and improve OEE, Productivity, Scrap Rate, and Rework Rate.
Coordinate with Maintenance to ensure stable machine operation.
Ensure compliance with labor safety, fire prevention, and EHS requirements in the workshop.
Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly production reports for the Board of Directors.
Coordinate with Planning,
Purchasing, Warehouse, Engineering, QA, and HR.
Participate in internal and customer audits, support QA/QC in handling process defects, customer defects, and claims.
Maintain PPAP, Control Plan, Work Instruction, and Traceability; perform root cause analysis and corrective/preventive actions using 8D and 5Why.

Education & Experience
Bachelor's degree or above in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical/Electronics, Industrial Management, Automation, or related technical fields.
3-5 years of experience in an equivalent Production Manager/Production Director role in automotive wiring harness, automotive components for OEM/Tier 1 customers, electronic components, or related industries.
Skills & Competencies
Deep understanding of automotive quality standards such as IATF 16949 and ISO 9001.
Strong knowledge of PPAP, Control Plan, 8D, and 5Why.
Proficient in Lean, Kaizen, 5S, and operational performance indicators including OEE, Scrap Rate, Rework Rate, and Productivity.
Strong leadership, production operation management, task delegation, and conflict resolution skills.
Experience managing large-scale production processes, including team leaders, line leaders, and production workers.
Strong root cause analysis and fast, decisive production issue-solving capability.
Language / Other Requirements
Fluent English.
Korean is an advantage.
Age: 40-45.
Candidates living near the company are preferred.
