Mô tả công việc

Objective: as a link between management and Production Merchandisers, he/she will ensure process is applied, potential problems identified, and if cannot be solved make sure these problems are reported on time to management; he/she is responsible for the production process at Merchandiser level.
Job description:

Prepare weekly production plan with factories
Manage the capacity and production planning with the best possible lead-time
Managing and controlling all production activities in order to achieve the required level of cost, quality, and delivery time
Establishing, maintaining procedures and an effective monitoring system with team and factories especially on production related issues
Communicate and support daily with QC team in factory to adapt plan or solve problem
Double check fabric with Purchasing leader that ETA is as planned (25 to 30 days from fabric purchase)
Make sure team passes info about shrinkage to pattern maker and gets updated paper patterns and give approval before applying on bulk
Gives instruction to Merchandiser Team to apply for garment testing and get results before fabric cutting (Garment testing to be applied on dark color)
Support team about fitting process from count fit to PPS approval and communicate accordingly with buyer
Ensures with team PPS is well made in 3 versions (office, factory and customer)
Check QC file (shade bands/order details/production mini marker/critical points PPT)
Organize and conducts PP meeting with QC/Manager and Sample room
Follow the full production process according to Market Fit QC process (Cutting report, 1st output report, inline reports, pre-final inspection)
Update buyer system regularly
Check report is completed on Google Drive on time

Yêu cầu

Good command of English spoken and written
Bachelor's degree in related field
More than 5-years' experience in garment industry
Attention to detail and organized
Capacity to manage a team and take decision
Independent and hard working
