Production Planning Manager

• Daily supervise and regulate the overall production - delivery - inventory activities of 26 breweries system; coordinate to handle daily problems related to goods with relevant units.
• Supervise and manage the shelf-life of finished goods in all SABECO systems. Coordinate with related parties to remind inventory rotation of beer products according to FIFO principle to ensure beer is always fresh.
• Coordinate with Procurement Department to supervise the implementation of input materials supply, packaging and monitoring raw material inventory of 26 breweries system to ensure sufficient and timely supply for production and planning activity.
• On behalf of the Planning Director to join the weekly S&OP meetings with relevant units to evaluate the sale performance & goods receiving of the previous cycle, handle problems and review sale demand/ forecast for the next cycle to propose the adjustment plan (if necessary) to be adapt to market fluctuations.
• Prepare the consolidated report and evaluation the implementation of S&OP (Sale - Production - Delivery - Inventory performance of the whole SABECO system, identify existing problems and propose solutions to improve) for reporting and explaining to BOM at the monthly S&OP Management meeting, or ad-hoc reporting (if necessary).
• Support the Planning Director to establish and continuously improve the S&OP process in all stages in the system to optimize the S&OP process of SABECO.
• Aggregate and continuously update relevant data of breweries in the SABECO system: capital structure, factory area, production capacity, machine and equipment configuration, ...
• Be responsible for synthesis, draft and implementation of the annual Trademark License Agreement; Production and Supply Agreement signed by three parties between SABECO - SATRACO - BREWERY.
• Manage and control the task of the team, guide and develop staffs. Other tasks as assigned.
