Position Summary:
As a Production Senior Manager at VinFast, you will play a crucial role in overseeing the manufacturing processes at our new Ha Tinh facility. You will be responsible for ensuring efficient production operations that align with our commitment to high-quality products and sustainable practices. This position requires strong leadership skills and a passion for innovation in the electric vehicle industry.
Job Description:
- Lead and manage the production team to achieve operational goals and targets.
- Develop and implement production plans to optimize efficiency and quality.
- Monitor production processes and make adjustments as necessary to ensure smooth operations.
- Collaborate with engineering and quality assurance teams to maintain product standards.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and promote a culture of safety within the team.
- Analyze production data to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.
- Coordinate with supply chain management to ensure timely availability of materials.
- Prepare and present production reports to senior management.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance productivity and reduce costs.
- Foster a positive work environment that encourages teamwork and innovation.
Yêu cầu
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in production management, preferably in the automotive or manufacturing industry.
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, or a related field.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Proven track record of improving production processes and efficiency.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical abilities.
- Familiarity with lean manufacturing principles and practices.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
- Experience with electric vehicle production is a plus.
- Fluency in English is required; knowledge of Vietnamese is an advantage.
