Manage and supervise the cutting, sewing, upholstery, packing, and cushion departments to ensure efficient and timely production, implementing any changes necessary to achieve the required standard.
Train and mentor production staff, group leaders, and team leaders to enhance their skills and productivity.
Coordinate with the Product Development team to understand design specifications and quality standards for new products.
Oversee the implementation of quality control measures to maintain high standards throughout the production process.
Conduct regular inspections of finished products to ensure they meet quality requirements.
Troubleshoot any production issues and implement corrective actions as needed.
Monitor and control operating costs within managed departments.
Ensure that all machinery and department facilities are kept in excellent condition.
Maintain a safe and clean working environment in compliance with health and safety regulations.
Prepare production reports and performance metrics for management review.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify areas for process improvement and implement solutions.
