Mô tả công việc
As the Program Manager for Stock Broker Recruitment, Training, and Management, you will play a crucial role in building and nurturing a talented team of stock brokers. You will be responsible for attracting top talent, providing comprehensive training programs, and ensuring their continued success through effective management and support.
1. Stock Broker Recruitment:
- Develop and execute recruitment strategies to attract highly qualified stock broker candidates.
- Collaborate with HR and hiring managers to define job requirements and create compelling job postings.
- Conduct interviews, assess candidates' qualifications, and make informed hiring decisions.
- Maintain relationships with industry professionals, educational institutions, and recruitment agencies to expand the candidate pool.
2. Training and Development:
- Design and implement comprehensive training programs for new stock brokers.
- Develop training materials, including presentations, manuals, and online resources.
- Conduct training sessions to impart industry knowledge, product expertise, and sales techniques.
- Monitor and evaluate trainee performance, providing feedback and additional coaching as needed.
3. Performance Management:
- Establish performance metrics and key performance indicators (KPIs) for stock brokers.
- Conduct regular performance evaluations, providing constructive feedback and guidance.
- Identify training and development needs based on performance gaps and implement improvement plans.
- Recognize and reward high-performing stock brokers to foster motivation and retention.
4. Team Management:
- Provide ongoing management and support to the team of stock brokers.
- Set clear expectations, goals, and targets for individual brokers and the team as a whole.
- Foster a collaborative and inclusive team environment that encourages knowledge sharing and professional growth.
- Resolve conflicts, address performance issues, and provide mentorship to enhance team cohesion and productivity.

Yêu cầu
Bachelor's degree in finance, business administration, or a related field (Master's degree preferred).
Proven experience in recruiting, training, and managing stock brokers or financial professionals.
In-depth knowledge of financial markets, investment products, and trading platforms.
Strong understanding of regulatory compliance and licensing requirements in the financial services industry.
Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
Demonstrated leadership abilities and the ability to inspire and motivate a team.
Analytical mindset with the ability to evaluate performance metrics and drive continuous improvement.
Proactive and results-oriented with exceptional problem-solving skills.
Proven experience in recruiting, training, and managing stock brokers or financial professionals.
In-depth knowledge of financial markets, investment products, and trading platforms.
Strong understanding of regulatory compliance and licensing requirements in the financial services industry.
