* What you will spend most of your time on:
- As a Program Sales Consultant for international education, your main job is to help and guide Vietnamese students, especially those aged 13 and above, who want to study in Finland. You'll be focusing on promoting and selling language programs in Finnish and Swedish that are designed specifically for students in this age group. Your role is all about making it easier for Vietnamese students, 13 and older, to study abroad in Finland and learn these languages.

- Actively look for new students.
- Contact parents and students directly to introduce Finest Future's products and programs.
- Connect with at least 20 new leads a day.
- Follow-up with cases regularly
- Arrange meetings with parents: 10 cases a week. Install, arrange, up-date clients' data on our CRM.
- Collaborate with Marketing and other teams for better student recruitment events.
- Get training and updates.

- Education: We prefer candidates with a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Commerce, Math, or a related field.
- Experience: We're looking for someone with a proven track record in sales, especially in a role where you help and guide people.
- Language Skills: You should be good at talking and writing in Vietnamese and a basic understanding of English. If you know more languages, that's a bonus!
- Communication Skills: You need to be good at talking to people, making friends, and convincing them to buy things.
- Personality Traits: Be curious and willing to learn new things, be disciplined and organized in your work, have the determination to achieve long-term goals.
- Technology Skills: Know how to use CRM software (customer relationship management software).
- Work Style: You should be able to work by yourself or with a team. You must be motivated to reach goals and adapt to changes easily.
