Programme Officer in Just Transition, Based in Hanoi.

• A university degree or higher in public policy, economics, law, social development, environmental science... or related fields.
• At least 3-5 years professional experience in a similar position in development projects or organisations, social organisations or think-tank, research institutes.
• Good project management skills and experience with development project's design, planning and budgeting as well as execution and monitoring.
• Good understanding of Vietnam's policy making and stakeholder engagement process in Vietnam, especially in the areas related to just transition, climate change and sustainable development.
• Experience in working with ministries and provincial governments, such as the Ministry of Ministry of Labour, Invalids and Social Affairs (MoLISA) and/or governance bodies in the energy, environment, and climate change sectors, is an asset.
• Pro-active and self-driven individual with proven strong networking capability, interpersonal and communication skills.
• Excellent verbal and written English language skills, knowledge of German in addition would be an advantage.
