Receive and process payment files for domestic and foreign partners/suppliers; propose advance/reimbursement/payment of work expenses; compile and monitor detailed whole files to ensure correctness, completeness and payment schedule.
Support supply - managing equipment supplies to serve maintenance work for all operating shops, making monthly summary reports of equipment inventory.
Handle procedures for sending equipment sample abroad.
Schedule meetings and be responsible for taking minutes of the meetings.
Control the delivery and receipt of documents - equipment with suppliers.
Update and store project files, documents (hard copy and soft copy) accurately, fully, easily searchable, accessible and usable according to 5S standard.
Perform all office administrative management tasks: drafting documents, scanning documents, ordering office supplies, managing office equipment, etc.
Coordinate with members in the project room to ensure the overall progress of the project.
Perform other tasks as assigned by Line Manager;

At least 1 years professional experience in a comparable activity
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, attention to details.
Excellent organizational and communication skills.
Competency in time management
Good knowledge of English, Microsoft Office
