Performance Marketing:
70% of your role involves strategizing and executing advertising campaigns to align with brand objectives and engage target audiences effectively. REQUIREMENTS
Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar role.
Experience in proactively managing a digital presence within an organization, preferably a commercial entity, including: Social Media Advertising; Email Marketing (Mailchimp etc); Experience with B2C social media, Google Adwords and email campaigns and SEO/SEM.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Order Operations

Data Management and Internal Processes
Maintain internal files, hand over documents internally, and cross-referenced files with other departments.
Conduct monthly data reconciliation processes with OM, Marketing (MKT), and Accounting Departments.
Generate monthly reports for Customer Relations (CR) and propose solutions based on monthly data reports if any.
Coordinate with the Order Management and Accounting Departments for customer refund requests.
REQUIREMENTS
Fluent in English, especially reading and writing;
Bachelor's degree in any subject is acceptable;
1-year experience in Sales and Customer Service is preferred;
Understanding consumer trends and customer service needs;
Thorough understanding of marketing and negotiating techniques;
Proficient in sales and customer support tools, MS Officer and customer care;
Self-driven and ability both working independently and in a team;
