Mô tả công việc

Assist project managers in developing and maintaining detailed project plans, schedules, and timelines
Coordinate the flow of information and documentation among project team members and clients
Schedule and facilitate team meetings, prepare agendas, and document meeting minutes
Track and monitor project tasks, deadlines, and deliverables, providing regular status updates
Perform general administrative duties, such as managing project budgets, processing invoices, and expense reporting
Assist with the procurement of project resources, including equipment, supplies, and vendor services
Provide support in organizing and maintaining the agency's project management systems and tools
Contribute to the development and implementation of agency-wide administrative processes and procedures

Yêu cầu

1-2 years of experience in a project assistant or administrative support role, preferably in a marketing or agency environment
Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact with clients and team members at all levels
Proficient in using project management software, productivity tools, and standard office applications
Keen attention to detail and a problem-solving mindset
Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a relevant field
